The heads communicate telepathically via their antennae, alerting each other of danger. It can hop away from fights whilst the back head chomps at predators getting too close. It can can stretch its front head and cover a large area disorienting shock waves, then spin on its hind legs to deliver devastating blows with its back head.

Especially since it's a Psychic type, I made it bipedal to suggest the front is more refined, whilst the back head has its spikes on its head, being more savage and weapon-like.

The front head can smell and hear, while the back one has vision and taste. It could've made more sense for the front head to see from high up while the back head would sniff the ground on which it is closer. However this iteration adds a nice aloofness to the front, whilst a ball head with only a mouth and nose... eh. Design-wise I like this better.
